Designed a comprehensive outdoor event experience and site setup for the Gudetama Lazy Walk themed run. The design featured a giant inflatable start arch, interactive game booths (“Slipper Toss”), giant character photo installations, and sponsor-branded displays (Circle K). By combining bold IP aesthetics with playful spatial installations, the project maximized participant engagement and generated widespread social media exposure.
